Cancellations by You
If you decide to cancel your booking, please inform us at the earliest by writing to info@vrindavantravels.com. The refund amount will depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date:
- Cancellations made well in advance will receive a higher refund.
- If cancellation is close to the departure date, a part of the booking amount may be kept as a cancellation fee, since arrangements with hotels and transport providers are already made.
Cancellations by Us
In rare cases, if we need to cancel a tour due to unavoidable reasons such as natural calamities, strikes, or other emergencies, we will offer you either a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip for another date.
Refund Process
Refunds, once approved, will be processed through the same payment method you used while booking. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be applicable.
